Welcome to PHAB Fitness!
PHAB stands for Promoting Health and the Bible. We want to offer fitness classes that promote healthy living, eating and exercising. In our classes you will strengthen and tone muscles and sharpen your cardiac health. In addition, we offer a short Bible devotion at the end of class to promote learning about the characteristics of Christ. We don’t care how out of shape you are, everyone is welcome – beginners to advanced – there is something for every workout stage. We also promote inward beauty and health and offer a refreshing change from the typical gym/fitness scene. Watch publications for dates/times/cost information.
